Our partner entrepreneur model offers entrepreneurs full support for implementing the concept from planning and permit applications all the way to marketing and booking systems. All Nolla cabins become part of the Nolla network, which is marketed on the company's websites, newsletters, and social media. With Nolla's support, the entrepreneur's daily life is easy and straightforward.

Nolla is a pioneer in mini cabins. The cabin's design is the work of top designers and has been refined based on guest feedback since the first version. Every detail is carefully considered, from materials and dimensions to functionality. Unique interior solutions make the cabin refined and exceptionally practical.

Sustainability is the cornerstone of our operations and the core of our brand. It's part of Nolla's DNA and guides our daily work. We collaborate with the Finnish Association for Nature Conservation to protect Finnish nature and help combat biodiversity loss.

Built with respect for nature
The design and lightweight foundation of Nolla cabins enable placement even in the most sensitive natural locations. The cabins are assembled on-site and fitted to the terrain, avoiding ground leveling work. The legs are sized according to the terrain, so the cabin leaves the smallest possible footprint.

Our partner entrepreneur model emphasizes collaboration — Nolla doesn't leave its partners alone. We support entrepreneurs from the start, from permit applications through construction and marketing. Nolla helps partners with everything from cabin bookings to additional services and pricing. Our comprehensive package includes:
Working with architects and specialists, we help with site planning and the permit process, tailored to each location.
Your site joins our network and booking system, making it easily bookable for guests. This brings customers from day one and significantly simplifies daily operations.
Partner entrepreneurs receive support in marketing their sites through the Nolla brand and our marketing channels, including Instagram and as part of our newsletters.
Entrepreneurs are offered comprehensive orientation and support throughout the entire process, from planning to opening and operating the finished site.
Building permit reform
The permit process for small buildings under 30m² was simplified in 2025. Nolla stays current with permit requirements and zoning regulations, supporting partner entrepreneurs throughout the process.
Carefully designed booking system
As a Nolla entrepreneur, you join Nolla's booking system. The system handles everything from cabin availability to add-on services (bed linens, sauna slots, provision baskets) and pricing. Payment processing also runs conveniently through the booking system.
Create your own Nolla
The Nolla Original cabin is the market's highest quality glamping solution, where every detail has been thought through to the end. The cabin package is delivered as ready elements and assembled on-site by experienced builders. Choose from the options below and create a Nolla cabin suitable for your location. Cabin package prices start from €24,000 (+ VAT 25.5%), the price does not include transportation or assembly.
First, the technical solutions for the Nolla Original cabin are selected: electricity generation, heating and cooling, as well as foundation. All choices are preliminary and do not commit you to anything.
Next, the exterior surfaces of the Nolla Original cabin are selected. Changing materials and solutions affects Nolla's appearance and other characteristics. All choices are preliminary and do not commit you to anything.
The Nolla Original cabin can be equipped with a furniture package from two options, which affects the cabin's functionality. Nolla's quality solutions are designed specifically for Nolla. The cabin cannot be ordered without the furniture and equipment package, as the carefully considered whole is an important part of the Nolla customer experience.

Nolla cabins are manufactured at The Nolla Company Oy's own factory in Parkano.
Nolla's quality is in the details
The Nolla concept is the result of extensive design work. Nolla is a registered trademark of The Nolla Company Oy, which also owns the intellectual property rights to the Nolla Original cabin. Any potential copying of the Nolla Original cabin is a copyright infringement, which is regulated in more detail in the Copyright Act (8.7.1961/404).
Case Hotel Rantapuisto
The Marimekko-Nolla, implemented in collaboration with Marimekko, is located in the area of Hotel Rantapuisto in Helsinki. In the operating model, the hotel handles the operations, but bookings go through Nolla's booking system. At Hotel Rantapuisto, you can also easily get acquainted with the Nolla cabin.
Case Yosemite
Located near Yosemite National Park, Nolla-Groveland offers a peaceful base in the middle of nature, right along Highway 120. The cabins are situated on a forested slope next to Stanislaus National Park, just a short drive from Yosemite's gates. Accommodation can be booked through our partner Hipcamp.
